Never will I ever:

...purchase UGGS again from any place other than Nordstroms...

I brought back two pairs of UGGS...

The first: a tall black pair that got destroyed in the series of snow storms that have been DUMPED on Boston in the past two weeks...

& the second: a pair of tall chocolate classics that got destroyed by a screen door that ripped right through them...

and BEHOLD, Nordstroms took back both pairs of UGGS and handed me over a CA$H redund... sans receipt, meaning I didn't even have to buy them there to begin with.

... whatever works for them... right??
